▸ Who is Rizal & What Drives His Passion?
Muhamad Rizal Fikri is a Backend and Mobile Developer from West Java, Indonesia, currently pursuing an Information Systems degree at Telkom University. He specializes in building production-ready mobile applications using Flutter and Kotlin, and scalable backend services with Node.js, Express.js, Laravel, and Next.js.
As a Medallion for Excellence awardee at the 2024 National LKS Competition (IT Software Solution for Business) by Kemendikbudristek and a 1st Place Gold Medalist at the West Java provincial level, he brings proven competitive engineering discipline to modern software development.
Currently, he serves as a Mobile Dev Mentor at GDG on Campus Telkom University, sharing hands-on knowledge in Flutter and app architecture. He actively leverages modern engineering workflows and AI pair-programming to build robust digital solutions faster.
When away from the terminal, you can find him catching an F1 race (Forza Ferrari!) or exploring local coffee spots. Always excited to collaborate on high-impact web, mobile, and IoT projects!

Mobile Developer Intern

Engineered and developed an enterprise mobile attendance and workforce management application using Kotlin and Android Jetpack. Implemented GPS and biometric validation mechanisms to prevent attendance tampering, and connected the app with backend RESTful APIs. Optimized UI responsiveness and offline local caching for stable operations across diverse mobile hardware.
Backend Developer Intern

Architected and deployed high-performance RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js to bridge IoT devices (such as ESP32 microcontrollers) with the Antares IoT platform. Implemented telemetry data ingestion, device registration endpoints, and real-time sensor metric streaming. Ensured data integrity and fault tolerance for telemetry pipelines handling multiple concurrent device streams.
